Potty Training

It was a day where black ominous clouds blanketed the dark gray sky. Heavy downfall soon followed after. Brr... It was such a cold day. Like what my humans have said, 'Rainy days are best for sleeping.' I snuggled in my cosy little hideout and had much fun in Lalaland. Snooze...

Mama's note:

Came home late today. For the rest of the night that i was home, i didn't get to see her being active. She was simply cuddling in her dark little corner. She was so smart as she has put in so much bedding and even covered her hideout opening with bedding. Guess she really loved the hideout very much. Food luring won't work on her. :( I miss carrying her.

The only time she came out of her hideout was when she wanted to pee. My tricked actually work. Initially she wasn't peeing in the sand bath, but now she does. When she pees, her hind legs stiffens and back arches. 

Fed her hamster mix and fresh brocolli.

Q: How to toilet-train / litter train / potty train hamster?
A: Chloe was new to the cage. The very next day, i went to find her peeing spot, and placed those soiled bedding in the sand. Subsequently, she pees at the sand. :) Reason: hamster also pee at the same place.
